Taco Dip Platter

This is yummy!

Recipe:
1 ~ 15 oz can refried beans
1 cup chunky salsa
1 cup guacamole (optional ~ not our favorite)
2 cups ~ 16 oz. sour cream
1 ~ 14 oz. chopped green chilies
(I can't use these as someone I live with wouldn't like it:o)
ripe olives, drained ~ enough to garnish the dip
(I didn't have any for this platter but did the 2nd one I made)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
~     ~     ~     ~     ~
Spread beans in a 10 or 12 inch serving plate.  I used a pie plate and it worked really well!  Layer salsa, guacamole and sour cream over beans, leaving 1 inch uncovered around edgoe of each layer.  Sprinkle with chilies, olives and cheese.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.  Serve with tortilla chips.
