Pap and Caden

I love this picture of Dennis and Caden!!  Wish the empty tea bottle wasn't there :o(

Our Last Fishing Trip

This was our last fishing adventure on this stay in Tampa.  One happy fisherman just waiting to wet his hook!
Across the lake from me
Oops!!  Caden must have got a hold of my camera :o)

The next couple of pictures Caden took

By this time, it was beginning to get dusk even though you can't tell it.

The mosquito's and bugs were out in full force and we were getting ate up.  So, Dennis and I decided we were going back to the house.  We had just walked in the door when my phone rang.  I looked at Dennis and said, "I bet someone caught a fish!"  I was right!  Brett said that he was busy doing something when Caden hooked a big bass and reeled it in all by himself.  Here's the proof.
Just look at that smile!
Getting ready to throw back the BIG catch of the day
Carefully putting it back in the water
The fish splashed water all over him!  It was funny.  Here he's wiping water off his legs :o)
The sky was so pretty pink and I just loved how it looked with Brett standing there
Thus the end of another good day of fishing in Tampa with some mighty great fishermen!!

The Newest Model On the Block

Here's the future hunk of a model :o)  His Daddy and Mommy had bought this new outfit for him and he put it on to see how it fit.  Nobody told him how to pose or anything.  So, I started snapping pictures and he loved it!!  I think he did pretty good modeling it.  haha!!

Sweet Little Jordan

These pictures of Jordan make me smile.  Showing you some of his lil' teeth :o)
Can't you just see the orneriness written all over his face!!  I have a feeling when he's a little older he's going to be a real corker!!

My very favorite picture.  I just love his smile!!

Being silly
Do you see the DVD's in the holder behind him?  He would go over to them and start pulling them out until his Mommy would chase him.  He's quite the trip!!

A New Hat?

While we were in the BX, Karissa found a new sleeper for Jordan that had a little night cap with it.
When she put it on him he didn't even like it.
We laughed so hard!!  He was just plain down right hilarious!!
He tried and tried to pull it off.  Finally, he did succeed, but until he did we laughed quite a bit!

Play Time

Sometimes he just disappears and likes to spend time by himself playing!!

Hair Cut Time

Caden really needed a hair cut when we got to Tampa which wasn't a problem, because his Pappy did, too!  So the one day we were on base and went into the mall where the BX and Commissary are at.  There is a pretty big barber shop there.  Karissa took my camera in and got a lot of pictures for me.
Not sure why the sad faces, but I thought it was hilarious as he was not even really upset!!!
Finally, he smiled!!  YEAH!!

Going to Georgia

One day, we had to go to Georgia to meet some teachers who are moving to Cayman to teach this new school year.  We had to pick up their boxes that were going to be shipped down there for them.  We took Caden with us and left at 5:00 in the morning.  Dennis carried him sound asleep out to the van and put him in his car booster seat.  He slept for probably an hour or so.  When he woke up it was still dark :o)  In a short time, we stopped at a McDonald's for Dennis to get his coffee.  Caden's order was for chicken nuggets and french fries and it was way to early for that.  I suggested french toast sticks and he was fine with that idea :o)  But the only problem was when his Pappy came out he didn't have that.  McDonald's doesn't have french toast sticks, so he got us their yogurt parfait with fruit and he loved it!  Finally, we got to Georgia and met our friends.  The meeting place was ~ another McDonald's.  Yep!  You guessed it!  It was only 9:30 and Caden put in his order for chicken nuggets and french fries again.
I explained to him again that it was to early in the morning for those goodies.  So, instead his Pappy got him a hot fudge sundae!!  He was in his glory :o)  In a few minutes, we were headed back to Tampa which was several hours away.  We stopped at a mall to break up the trip a little bit and mainly to check out some thing's in J.C. Penny's.  We also went into a shoe store.  I felt bad, because Caden had been taking a nap but woke up without being grouchy!!  Finally, at lunchtime we stopped again at another McDonald's and all he wanted by now was his french fries.  He had been eating a lot of snacks in the van, so it wasn't like he was starving.  He also got some cookies after he ate his fries.  I don't think I've ever been to McDonald's three times in one day before in my life, but you'll do just about anything for your Grand~Kids!!

Caden

CADEN BEING SILLY

Fishing

Caden just loves to go fishing and that seems to be what we all do best :o)
~     ~     ~     ~     ~
Posing for me!  haha!!
"Do I have to take time for another picture?  Let's go fishing, Grammy!"
Tiger fish
A crab
The best lil' fisherman
Going to find the fish
A view across the complex where Brett's family lives.  It's huge!!
Finally, a fish!!!
Untangling his line.  For being only 4 years old, he sure does know what he's doing!!
Every little fisherman needs to take a break from fishing and throw some stones in the water :o)
And after a long time of fishing this is what happens.
Little brother follows in his big brother's footsteps!!
