Fun Times and Critters

One evening, Brett brought the boys over to our house.  We were so disappointed when they came in and Caden was asleep :o(  But soon afterwards, he woke up!
He brought a little critter with him and had to show us
while Jordan munched on a popsicle :o)
Yuck!!
He loves any kind of animal or "critter"
And this little monkey was showing us how he can put his toes into his mouth!  haha!!
Then Caden left the salamander crawl around on the carpet!
Brett playing with the "J" man
Making a silly face and then . . . . .
being soooooooooo adorable!!
Caden rolling around with the big ball
Not sure who is going to end up having the ball now!
Just love having them around!!  So many fun memories!!

Oh Deer!!!

Going out one of the back roads toward Dennis' parents home place, we often see deer in these people's yard!
Right along the road
So neat!!

My Bathing Beauties!!

I realized all my pictures from our last trip to WV weren't posted on here.  In the Master Bathroom there is a huge Jacuzzi tub.  I took the boys in there and filled it with water before they got in.  Then I showed them what happened when the switch was flipped.  They did not like it!!!  So, they just got in and played :o)

WCA Graduation #1 ~ June 16, 2013

Graduation Sneeze
They walked in tandem, each of the ninety-three students filing into the already crowded auditorium.  With rich maroon gowns flowing and the traditional caps, they looked almost as grown up as they felt.  Dads swallowed hard behind broad smiles, and moms freely brushed away tears.
The class would not pray during the commencement - not by choice but because of a recent court ruling prohibiting it.  The principal and several students were careful to stay within the guidelines allowed by the ruling.  They gave inspirational and challenging speeches, but no one mentioned divine guidance and no one asked for blessings on the graduates or their families.
The speeches were nice, but they were routine.....until the final speech received a standing ovation.
A solitary student walked proudly to the microphone.  He stood still and silent for just a moment, and then, it happened.  All 92 students, every single one of them, suddenly SNEEZED!!!!!
The student on stage simply looked at the audience and said "GOD BLESS YOU, each and every one of you!"  And he walked off stage.....
The audience exploded into applause.  The graduating class found a unique way to invoke God's blessing on their future with or without the court's approval.
Isn't that a wonderful story?

We have a great Staff here at Wesleyan.  Sadly, four of them are leaving this year and moving on to do something else with their lives.  We will miss them, but we are getting some new one's in their place who I'm sure will be just as wonderful!!
