If you visit Grand Cayman, you'll soon see that there are numerous timeshares and large hotels here on the Island. When we visited here in November friends took us to this magnificent hotel that serves one mean and delicious breakfast meal. It's a huge buffet that also has an omelet station where you can order anything and everything on your special scrambled egg concoction but the kitchen sink! So, we took my family there early Saturday morning.

Being it's off tourist season right now, there were probably only 10 other people at the most in the whole place! We did have the company of a few iguanas :o)
