Yummy Peanut Butter Dessert

This dessert is soooooooooooo good and very rich tasting!!  I've been thinking about posting some recipes on here and decided now is the time to do the first one.

PEANUT BUTTER DESSERT
Crust:
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup butter, melted
----------------------------------
Mix the above ingredients together; put in the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking dish/pan.  Chill crust for about 20 minutes before filling.

Filling:
8 oz. tub cool whip, thawed
2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
---------------------------------------------
Mix the above ingredients together; set aside.

Crumble:
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
3 cups 10x (powdered) sugar
-----------------------------------
Mix the above ingredients together.

Cover the crumb crust on the bottom of the baking dish well with 1/4 - 1/2 of the crumble mixture.  Next, pour the filling mixture over the crumble.  Spread this out evenly.  After that, sprinkle the remainder of the crumble over the top of the filling mixture.  Refrigerate for several hours before serving to set well!!  Enjoy!!

NOTE:  When I make this I use sugar~free pudding, light or sugar~free cool whip and 2% milk.  You cut corners where you can :o)

Yes, Shaun was emailing me last evening and sent me a picture, too! He put 10x sugar on the top along with globs of more peanut butter and I'm sure that taste even sweeter and richer!!
