On Sunday, we all went to Church for both services. After the morning service, we came home and had a roast beef dinner with mashed potatoes & gravy, corn, green bean casserole and glazed mini carrots. For dessert there was pudding in a cloud and lemon squares. No one went hugry :o) After dinner, our guests found their way to the Sea for a little while and Dennis & I rested. In the evening service Teresa and Donald were treated to real the Caribbean style of music in the song service. We came home and had chicken wings along lots of other goodies. Then we played Dominoes for a couple of hours. I had to get up for work this morning, so at 11:30 we called it quits and plan to finish the game tonight!! Having lots of fun!!

Our Saturday Morning and Afternoon
We started off by going to the Westin for another delicious breakfast! Of course, I had to get a picture of our guests!!
And then we started our trip around the Island. I always like to stop here to snap more pictures. This was a fun picture :o)
Posing for me :o)
Checking out the pictures I took with their camera
We had to stop at the Blow Holes and it was really performing for us, because the tide was in!!
And Teresa and Donald getting wet :o)
Looking up the beach . . . . .
and down the beach!
The surf was really rolling today!! So pretty!!
We stopped at the Surfer's Wall to snap some more pictures and this lady was there, too!
See the fin sticking out of the water? Well, really it isn't a fin, but we think it must be a piece of metal or steel.
Our next stop was at Rum Point ~ as far as you can go on the Island.
I forgot to get a picture of the dock :o( But we saw Gar (?) fish again. They are pencil thin and pretty long. Wish they would've showed up better for Caden!
One of the many signs
And somebody kept following us around in this little white Corolla!! Vi, are you here somewhere???
And this was at Cayman Kai. Someone built this out on a sand bar in the Sea!!
What a beautiful day it's been so far. Next week we are renting two Skidoo's and going out on the Sea. That should prove to be really interesting :o)) Nervous? Yes!! Excited?? Yes!! I think Teresa feels just like her aunt! haha!! Right now our company are at the beach. Hopefully they don't get burned too bad!!

Dinner At Sea Harvest
Today, Friday, I unfortunately had to work! Teresa and Donald know their way around town well enough that they went to the Westin for breakfast ~ without us! They really enjoyed it, but I told them that they were jumping the gun on us as we plan to take them there tomorrow morning :o) Then they went to the Turtle Farm and across to Dolphin Cove, but there wasn't anyone there at the time riding/swimming with the dolphins. Then being that they are on vacation they came home to take a nap!! Yeah for them!! We left home around 5:30 to go to Sea Harvest for dinner which is on the other side of George Town. As we were driving along we noticed the sky was really dark and looking as though it was going to rain. We were really watching the sky as we were planning on eating outside on the patio. Fortunately those big dark clouds passed over without any rain falling on us! Here's one of the Pirate Ship's that takes people out for a ride on the Sea. It came not too far from where we were sitting and shot what sounds like a cannon. And then . . . . .
they turned the boat around and went sailing off!
Here is about all we got to see of . . . . .
sun setting! The pink in the clouds was so beautiful!!
I couldn't resist taking a picture of this little girl standing at the wall taking in everything by the Sea!!
It was almost dark but looking at the picture you wouldn't know it and we watched these people go out snorkling/diving in the Sea. Some of them had headlamps on and you could watch them out there. It was really neat.
Our wonderful waiter took our picture! Look at those pink clouds again.
And be sure to come back tomorrow for some more great shots!!

Looky Who's In Grand Cayman
We've been working inside the house cleaning, doing windows, washing floors and on and on. Had our house painted, porches scrubbed and today my niece and her husband, Teresa and Donald arrived safely from PA!!
They had a direct flight from Philadelphia and got here about 30 minutes ahead of schedule. We felt bad that they were sitting at the airport waiting for us. Someone on board the plane was sick and so they had to wait for the medical people to get on the plane and take the sick off to the ambulance. We already to Burger King on the Sea for a late lunch and are leaving in a little while to go to our favorite restaurant for their Pasta night. It's also by the Sea. Stay tuned for lots of pictures!!

Hangin' Around
A little while ago, I looked out the french doors in our dining room to our enclosed porch . . . . .
and I saw . . . . .
this Iguana hanging on the screen. First I got a few pictures and then got the broom, went over and touched it from the inside :o) and it jumped to the ground and ran off!! It probably would have ruined the screen with it's claws if I hadn't done that!
Then I looked another direction on the screen . . . . .
and saw these little orange worms!! YUCK!! Not sure what they are as I've never seen them here before!
And when I looked out at my pooch he was up in the tree. I had went out earlier because I heard him whining and crying. The first time his chain was all tangled around those little shoots from the tree trunk. Later, he was up there again. Dennis went out and cut those shoots off. You just never know what you'll see "hangin' around" here!!

So Happy and Thankful For Skype
Although sometimes it isn't always the clearest, I love that we are able to see our Grand~Kiddo's!! Sometimes Caden will run up to the camera and say, "Look, Grammy!" and sticks his thumb in his mouth :o) What a tease!!
Then Brett was telling us that Jordan started jumping off the sofa. So, both of the boys were doing it for us. I don't think Jordan is afraid of anything!
Brett usually pulls a chair right up to the computer/camera for Jordan. Most of the time he gets into and does things to the computer that he shouldn't be doing. Once and a while, he even knocks us off line :o) We just call each other back. He's a little hoot!!
Since our good friend, Amit, left Cayman we are so happy to be able to talk to him by way of Skype, too. Dennis & he are best buds!! I seem to get to talk to him more than Dennis as sometimes when he calls Dennis isn't home. He was showing us some pictures. This one was from Valentine's Day when some secret admires gave him bottles of CRUSH soda/pop with heart shaped notes!! haha!!
He says he loves Miss Dorcas' pumpkin roll and that I'm okay! Forget about loving me ~ just my pumpkin roll. What a guy!! Oh, how we miss him.
He's so special to us and when we go to the States we're hoping that we'll be able to spend some time with him!!
We love & miss you Amit!!
You may be gone from Cayman, but you'll always be in our hearts!!
