Macaroni Salad

1 lb. box elbow (or other) macaroni/pasta
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup miracle whip
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup (or less) vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 TBSP. yellow mustard
onion, chopped
celery, chopped
carrots, chopped

Cook macaroni as directions on box and drain. Combine sugar, miracle whip, mustard & salt. Stir together well. Add milk & vinegar. Stir in onions, celery & carrots. Mix well. Add to macaroni.
Pasta Salad

1 lb. box of bowties, rotini or other shaped pasta
1 tsp. dried basil
2 c. broccoli flowerettes
4 oz. sliced pepperoni, quartered
10 cherry tomatoes
1 - 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. cauliflower flowerettes
1 can black olives, halved
2 carrots, sliced
1/2 onion, chopped
1 bottle Italian dressing

Cook pasta according to directions on box. Prepare vegetables. Put all ingredients in large bowl; gently stir until mixed together well. Pour bottle of dressing over top of salad and stir again. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
