During the winter time is when I want a pot of good hot soup brewing on my stove! Like when the snow is flying or it's bitter cold. I was feeling so sorry for my northern family and friends. I decided to make a pot of homemade broccoli soup in honor of you all who are cold and tired of all the snow!! I think of you all very often!
