Congratulations On Great Team Work!

Last Thursday, school was dismissed early because our Boy's Basketball team was in the playoff's and then they ended up in the Championship game!  Dennis was asked to go with the guys until the Coaches could get there as they had to drive the school buses to take other students home.  Dennis got home a little before 6:00 pm and said it didn't look too good for our team.  They were still playing when he left them.  Earlier in the day, one of the boys on the team (Mavrick ~ front row on the right) came into my office asking me to call his parents as he was really, really sick!  A short time later, another of the boys came and was also really sick.  So, the team was really down and when Dennis came home and told me that Mavrick showed up I was shocked.  But when Dennis saw him he had street clothes on.  Our great team kept advancing and eventually Mavrick put on a basketball uniform and played.  I forget how many games they ended up playing, but were the top winners in the Private School Association Basketball League.  Congratulations guys!!  You are awesome!!
