Friday Night's Indians Game

We got to Brandon's late Friday afternoon (July 20th) unpacked the car and went to the Indians game.

It felt so good to be there

for the first time

in about a year!

And look who was there ~ none other than Jim Thome who is now a Baltimore Oriole but previously an Indian.

And then he turned around and hit a home run!!

The flag was flying at half mast as this was the day of the shootings in Aurora, Colorado

They had a huge fireworks display both Friday and Saturday night.

It must have lasted 20 minutes or more.

It was awesome even though the Indians lost to the Orioles!!

There's nothing like a good (or awful) ball game, hot dogs and fireworks!!
