This past Saturday morning, we took three of our best friends here at Cayman to one of my favorite restaurants here on the Island at the Westin Resort! They have one of best and yummiest (if that's a word) breakfast buffets that I've ever been to. I spurgled since I was still celebrating my birthday :o) These sweet ladies treated me to breakfast. I don't know what excuse I'll use now, because my birthday is over for another year!! hehehehe!! I guess I really don't need an excuse to be able to eat some real food when you're dieting.

I should have taken a picture of the two plates of food I had!! I had one of those delicious omlets with everything but the kitchen sink in it, a lot of fruit, a few fried red potatoes, 1 or 2 links of sausage and a few pieces of hot pepper cheese. I think that was all :o( Oh, yes, and a glass of orange juice!! If I keep thinking I'll come up with more :o)

Yes, they are some of the greatest!! And if I go out to breakfast at the Westin very often I'll be putting on weight instead of taking it off!! YIKES!!

What a pleasant surprise when I saw I had a comment from you!!! You made my day :o) Thanks for the kind words, but if you'd see what I'm eating right now..... A senior from our High School took orders yesterday for several different dinners that his step-father cooked. He's using the money he makes in profit for a trip we're taking to Virginia with the some of the students in May. I got chicken & pasta w/mozarella cheese melted over it and two pieces of toasted like garlic bread. I only ate a little bowl full!! I'll have the rest tomorrow. Since eating all that I'm definetely going to have to walk a lot tonight to get rid of some of the calories :o) Love you and miss you, Brandon! Hope you have a good day!
