Jordan was intrigued with his Pappy's sore toe :o)
I love pinching those little chubby cheeks!!
Brett was playing a game while Caden watched
When Karissa undressed Jordan, she put his shorts on his head!
He tried and tried to get them off.  Finally, he succeeded!!

At the Tampa Airport

After spending some time in the airport with Brett, Karissa, Caden and Jordan we took Caden with us to get our rental mini van.  Brett and Karissa took Jordan with them and went to the cell phone parking lot to wait for us.  This is the scene we saw when we went to meet them.  What a little turkey he is :o)  So cute and pleasant!!!
And this is my Little Big Man who rode with us!
As we were leaving the airport we saw the plane we flew on from Cayman.  Of course, Caden was very excited when we told him it was the plane from Cayman!!
And he wanted me to snap a picture of an incoming Southwest plane.  Tampa is a very, very busy airport.

Up, Up and Away

Guess where we were headed??  Yep!!  To Tampa to see the grandbabies and their parents :o))  We left home on Monday morning and spent the week with them when we weren't busy doing shopping for the school and Church.  We also made a day trip up to Georgia to meet some teachers who are moving to Cayman in a few weeks to get their boxes that are being shipped.  The clouds were beautiful!!
But this beauty that awaited us at the airport was even better!!  Jordan is really growing and walking all over the place now.  He even tries running.
Caden was telling his Pappy something here that appears to be really important!  When we came down the hall, I was looking for them and we walked right past them.  I guess we were looking too hard!!
The big Little Man!
I have a lot of other pictures to post at a later time.  Right now, we are back at the Tampa airport waiting for our flight to Pittsburgh.  From there we'll rent a car and drive to West Virginia where we'll spend the weekend with Dennis' dad.  Sunday morning we'll drive to Cincinnati where we'll meet up with our group from Cayman who are flying in there.  Then we go to our hotel where we'll spend the week while attending the Bible Methodist Youth Camp in Mendon (?) Ohio.  This will be our first year to go there.  We were planning on flying to Albuquerque, New Mexico after camp, but it looks like our plans may have changed.  Brett has chosen to relocate out West to a new Air Force Base thus hopefully he won't be deployed anymore!!  HALLELUJAH!  Originally, he was to be out there and starting work on June 30th, but that didn't happen.  So, they moved the date to July 30th and it doesn't look like that's going to happen either.  I told Dennis that we should go ahead and fly out there anyway since we have our tickets bought.  Why waste them, right?  His nephew is at the same AFB there in Albuquerque.  Not sure yet what we'll do.  We really wanted to see Brett and his family again while we were in the States.  It kills me to think that more than likely that won't happen!!  We're hoping to see Brandon in WV this weekend if he can come down!!   When we get to Ohio I'll try to update my blog again as Dennis' dad doesn't have Internet connection.  Until then have a good weekend!!

Urgent, Urgent Prayer Needed

You who faithfully follow my blog may remember some time ago telling you about my friend's little granddaughter who was/is fighting cancer in Florida.  At this point, she is holding her own and seemingly doing as good as can be expected for her condition.  Earlier this week, I was reading on some blogs about a 5 year old boy named Jack.  He had a very, very serious head injury and cracked jaw and then was airlifted by helicopter to a hospital.  After some time of being in a coma, he woke up, started talking to his Mommy and then was walking.  A short time later, he coded!!  He had a blood clot the size of three fists on which the doctors did surgery!!  I can't even imagine.  Right now, he is in a medically induced coma and the doctors are giving him a 50~50 chance at life and coming out of this.  But we serve a great big wonderful God who is our Mighty Physician!!  This has really touched my heart for you see, Jack is Annie's cousin.  Their grandmother and grandfather are very close friend's of ours.  I called my friend this afternoon to let her know we were praying here in Cayman.  If you happen to think of Jack and his dear family, please breathe a word of prayer for him.  If we were in this family's shoes, we'd sure appreciate all the prayer we could get!  Thanks so much!!
